While my American roommate said, "You're gonna be a gourmet cook," two weeks ago,  yesterday, one of my American friends gave me a very special and thoughtful present before I leave for Taiwan.   ha ha!  I really love it!  That is such a cool gift I've had!  Elissa said when I read the English recipe at home, the mesearing system is different from Taiwan and the measuring cups we bought in Taiwan is different from the English receipe for sure.  It seems like more and more people are endorsing my cooking skills.  The day becoming a gourmet cook is not far away for me.

A picture taken in my bedroom.   Thanks Elissa! xoxo

As lucky as usual, I found out a new apartment just in time, right before the deadline I got to move out of the dorm, so i won't be worried about where I am gonna to live tomorrow, and my travel plan didn't be spoiled.

I've moved into my new house in Boston, which is much bigger and prettier than my previous place.  I love it.  It was so messy before I moved in.  As you know, I am a person who loves cleaness, so I cleaned it and rearranged the furniture a little bit.  That's how it looks like right now.

It's been five days since I got back to Boston from LA with a wonderful trip with my boy friend.  This was one and half fantastic yet busy month for me.  First of all, two of my best friends, 秋樺 and 怡鈴 came to visit me in mid-April.  We went to Florida, Disney land, Miami beach and US southest sinking island - Key West.  Three of us had experienced sooooo much, which couldn't be forgotten forever, I believe.

Beginning from a careless mistake, I missed them in the NWR airport and ended up spending a night in the nearest hotel.  I remembered I was so helpless crying in the airport.  In order to wait for them, I missed my flight, and what's even worse was there were NO any other flights flying to Florida at that night, which meant I got to find a hotel to sleepover in New Jercy.  That was so horrible!  Fortuntely, I succefully met them the next day.  We rent a car but made it exchanged everyday, so we had a different car to drive everyday, from a compact to a SUV and then to a compact again.  Our car got towed, so we paid extremely expensive $200 dollars to take it back.  We didn't know how to pay the toll on the highway so we just slowly drove through it.  We were so worried about getting the ticket as we didn't know how huge money we were gonna pay?  The most scary thing was putting the diesel into gas tank which damaged the engine terribly  We got stuck in a huge parking lot at 2:00 in the morning where nobody was there.  You can't imagine how terrified of us.  It's so late.  We were dared not to get out of the car.  Hopefully, a patrol police car passed by so they came for help.  Thanks godness!  We bought a full coverage insurance, otherwise we got to pay $300 to tow the car.  It's gonna cost us as mush as a thousand US dollars to fix it.  We were so lucky, otherwise we got to stay in America, washing dishes for years and years to pay the debt.

Saint Patrick's Day is an annual feast day which celebrates Saint Patrick, one of the patron saints of Ireland, and is generally celebrated on March 17.

The day is the national holiday of Ireland.  In the rest of Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States and New Zealand, it is widely celebrated but is not an official holiday.
